Responsibilities and Duties
Monitoring & ensuring F & B service operations are running smoothly.
To recommend food and beverage service standards & implement standard operating procedure.
Organizing duty roster of service staff.
Maintaining SOP for quality.
Opening and closing of Restaurant
Order taking, up-selling
Training junior staff
Address guest requirement
Qualifications and Skills
Degree/Diploma holder in Hotel Management Preferred
Working experience of minimum 1 year as Captain in a high volume All Day Bar.
