Responsibilities & Duties :-
1. Taking daily interviews of workers and facilitating new
workers joining formalities.
2. Handling monthly payroll and follow up on confirmations
records statutory obligations – PF & ESIC.
3. Communicating and explaining the organization’s policies
to the workers.
4. Maintaining attendance sheet.
5. Handling all workers queries and grievances.
Skills Required :-
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in same profile.
2. Leadership abilities
3. MBA in HR or relevant field
4. Only female candidates required
